Let's face it - one of the best parts of getting away is not having to cook, and while you're on holiday you can stop counting the calories and treat yourself, which is where we come in.

We've convinced our head chefs to part with just a few of their secrets and so recipe cards are now available for selected dishes from around the globe. Try the beef tagine or the ricotta briouattes from Kasbah Tamadot, or the cheese fondue recipe from The Lodge.

If you're planning a barbecue the chefs at Ulusaba in South Africa have a delicious recipe for a venison burger. The recipes are available on our blogs but if you'd like to receive a recipe card just email us at marketing@virginlimitededition.com and we'll send a printed version out to you.
